| Abstract: | Se propone un sistema ágil y oportuno de control de calidad, simultáneo a la construcción, para lograr economía y bien hecha. Se hace énfasis en que el constructor es el único responsable de la calidad de la obra, el proyectista, el supervisor y el controlador de calidad sólo apoyan al constructor. |
